Gather sixteen times between September and May. Each circle moves you closer to your soul essence — quieting the noise in the head and energy field so you can feel better and be better.
A sacred circle is just that — sacred. A circle is never-ending. It has a clear boundary, and clear boundaries are needed to maintain health at both a physical and a subtle level. When women gather in a sacred circle, information magically unfolds.

HOW WE MEET
Twice a Month by Zoom
The women's group creates a Golden Circle of healing and sacred space — no travel needed, no extra locations. Recordings and transcripts are shared 48 hours after class to deepen the work and healing.
EACH GATHERING
Sacred Space & a Short Lesson
We create sacred space and practice easy meditation to fully arrive in the circle, then a short lesson on how stories, beliefs, and perspectives get absorbed into the body — because stuck energy is what creates dis-ease, aches, and pain. You have a right to feel better.

Self-agency, self re-sourced, energy hygiene for self and space. Think calm mind, calm home. You'll learn simple, powerful energy hygiene tools to keep body, mind, and spirit in alignment all winter long.
